Lynne Cheney talked about her book Blue Skies, No Fences: A Memoir of Childhood and Family, published by Pocket Books. In her latest, she looks back at her life as a child growing up in Casper, Wyoming, and her early relationship with Dick Cheney. The guest interviewer was Nancy Gibbs.

Lynne Cheney, wife of Vice President Dick Cheney and senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, is former chair of the National Endowment for the Humanities. Her books include, Telling the Truth; America: A Patriotic Primer; and A Time for Freedom.

Nancy Gibbs, editor-at-large for Time magazine, is the co-author of the recently published biography of Billy Graham titled The Preacher and the Presidents. close
