Bruce Bechtol talked about his book Red Rogue: The Persistent Challenge of North Korea, published by Potomac Books. In his book, Mr. Bechtol describes North Korean decision-making since September 11. Mr. Eberstadt joined him in a discussion of what North Korea’s approach toward the nuclear crisis means for the United States and its allies in Asia. They responded to questions from members of the audience. Mr. Griffin moderated.
