David Frum talked about his book Comeback: Conservatism That Can Win Again, published by Doubleday. He contends that conservatism and the Republican Party has lost its way and he devises a series of steps to revitalize the right. Mr. Frum’s prosposals range from lowering taxes on savings to a conservative engagement in environmentalism that promotes nuclear power over oil and coal and universal free market health care coverage. Mr. Barone joined him to discuss the book. They responded to questions from members of the audience. Ms. Bowman moderated. close
