Robert Novak moderated a conversation about President Ronald Reagan. The panelists speculatied about how President Reagan would have dealt with Iraq. They concluded that Reagan would not have invaded Iraq and would not have engaged in a long term military conflict. The panelists further concluded that Reagan would have opposed external forces being used in restructuring a sovereign political institution. close
