Mr. Weeden spoke about the life and legacy of Justice Thurgood Marshall. He spoke about the impact of school integration following Brown v. Board of Education, civil rights and race relations. 

This was part of a symposium honoring the 100th birthday on July 2, 2008, of Thurgood Marshall, the first black U.S. Supreme Court Justice. The symposium, held at the Telecom Center in Jackson, Mississippi, by the Mississippi College School of Law Law Review, focused on Justice Marshall’s impact on government and legal issues. close
