Michael Scheuer talked about the impact of the Iraq War on radical Islamist groups. He argued that U.S. foreign policy since the end of the Cold War has weakened U.S. national security. He talked about the decision making policy of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and its reliance on public opinion. He said that the CIA had been too passive in its monitoring and elimination of training camps for terrorists.
