“The State of America’s Capital Markets ” by Tom Donohue was a keynote address of the 2nd Annual Capital Markets Summit “Strengthening U.S. Capital Markets for All Americans,” which was held in the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Hall of Flags.

Donohue talked about the effects of the mortgage crisis on the banks that made the sub-prime loans. He also advocated that businesses establish an ethics policy to reduce future actions that will harm the finacial system and economy. close
