Appearing by remote access from the State Department, Jendayi Frazer, who recently returned from the Southern Africa Region, talked about the U.S. policy on bringing an end to the Zimbabwe election dispute. She responded to telephone calls and electronic mail.

The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission last week announced results of the disputed March 29th election and suggested the close result requires runoff elections involving Zimbabwe President Mugabe. close
