Amar Bakshi talked about views of the U.S. around the world with students from around the nation participating in the Close Up Foundation’s week-long government studies program. Mr. Bakshi had just returned from a year of travel and of talking with what he called the “W Generation,” young people whose only experience of the United States has been during the administration of George W. Bush. His online project is called “How the World Sees America.” He responded to questions and comments from the students in the audience. close
