Dan Senor moderated a panel on presidential candidates and the development of foreign policy agendas. Among the topics they addressed were the influence of campaign advisers, effort put into the development of position papers, and relating foreign policy positions on the campaign trail. They also spoke about the 2008 presidential election and issues likely to surface during the campaign. They also answered questions from the audience.
