The House passed H.R.3967, to amend the Department of Defense Authorization Act, 1985, to extend medical benefits to certain former spouses. The House also recognized the fourth anniversary of the closing of the only free newspaper in Paraguay, and condemned the government of Paraguay for not allowing its reopening.
