The Senate Select Committee on POW/MIA Affairs continued its series of hearings on possible sightings of American servicemen held captive in Southeast Asia following the Vietnam War. Witnesses included a defector from the North Vietnamese army, who testified, by means of a translator, that he had not heard of any Americans being held in Vietnam following the collapse of South Vietnam at the end of the war. close
