Democratic Presidential Candidate Douglas Wilder addressed Iowa Democrats at a Jefferson-Jackson Day Dinner in Des Moines, Iowa, sponsored by the Iowa Democratic Party. Gov. Wilder assailed the campaign tactics of the Republicans during the 1988 presidential campaign, and called for inclusive tactics for the Democratic presidential candidate in 1992.
