Political analysts and a former politician spoke on term limitations for American politicians in a panel discussion that was part of a forum on political competitiveness and term limitations sponsored by the National Civic League. Panelists delivered their views on the advantages and disadvantages of setting forth limitations on consecutive terms for members of Congress. The panelists responded to audience questions following their prepared remarks. Henry Cisneros spoke briefly following the panel to wrap up the conclusions of the forum. close
