Senator Tom Harkin, former Democratic presidential candidate, discussed the primary season and possible issues that will be debated in the fall. He stated that he believed that Governor Bill Clinton (D-AK) is the presidential candidate who best addresses the needs of this country and should be supported by the Reverend Jesse Jackson. He also said that he believed that the Democratic strategy should be to debate Ross Perot to show that only Bill Clinton has a plan for the future. close
