Amid pandemonium following his nomination, Democratic presidential nominee Gov. Bill Clinton thanked the delegates on the convention floor during the third night of the Democratic National Convention in New York, NY. Cameras followed Gov. Clinton as he and his family emerged from a limousine and snaked their way through supporters to the Arkansas delegation, where Gov. Clinton greeted delegates and hugged his mother. He then made his way to the steps of the convention podium, where Gov. Clinton thanked the delegates and hearkened back to a similar speech by then presidential nominee John F. Kennedy in 1960. close
