An afternoon session of the 30th National Conservative Student Conference included:
Professor Burt Folsom talked about tax policy in a session titled “Tax Cuts-Bringing Prosperity for Centuries.” Professor Folsom focused on a history of the income tax in the U.S. He also talked about what happens when taxes are raised or lowered. Following his remarks, he responded to questions from the audience.
