Frances Huntley-Cooper spoke by remote video from Denver, Colorado, about the role of delegates at the Democratic National Convention. She focused on the importance of the delegates taking care of the business of the Democratic Party, including highlighting leaders at the local, state and national level to bring unity to the party. She responded to telephone calls and electronic mail.

This would be Mrs. Huntley-Cooper’s third convention. She was a delegate for Jesse Jackson at the 1988 convention in Atlanta, and a delegate for Bill Clinton at the 1992 convention in New York.
