Ben Wattenberg talked about his book, "Fighting Words: A Tale of How Liberals Created Neo-Conservatism, published by Thomas Dunne Books. In his book, Ben Wattenberg explains his political shift from left to right, from Democrat to neo-conservative. He became disenchanted with what he describes as the Democratic Party’s move to the far left and he established the Coalition for a Democratic Majority in response. In his book, Mr. Wattenberg explains why he is a neo-con and how he defines the term, which he believes is often misunderstood. He writes about several of his proteges, who have found a platform in President George W. Bush’s administration. E.J.
