On Wednesday, October 29, 2008, Senators Barack Obama and John McCain both released new ads in battleground states. The McCain campaign released an ad known as “TV Special” that questions Senator Obama’s leadership experience. The Obama campaign released an ad known as “His Choice” that questions Senator McCain’s choice of a running mate. The ad shows Senator McCain’s words about lacking knowledge on the economy, including him saying that he would rely on his vice president nominee’s expertise. The ad then shows Governor Palin winking. After the ads were shown, Daniel Libit analyzed them. close
