Representative-Elect Larry Kissell was interviewed on January 5, 2009, the day before he took the oath of office.
Representative Anh “Joseph” Cao was interviewed on January 7, 2009, the day after he took the oath of office. The new Republican congressman represents Louisiana’s 2nd District, which includes New Orleans.
