Tamim Khallaf talked about dealing with Iran’s nuclear ambitions. He responded to questions from members of the audience.
Tamim Khallaf was on temporary leave from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Egypt. He served most recently in Egypt’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations in Geneva, dealing with disarmament and arms control issues with a focus on nuclear, biological, and conventional weapons and was among official delegations to meetings of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, Biological Weapons Convention, and the Convention of Conventional Weapons.
This talk, “Iran’s Nuclear Standoff: Motivations, Implications, and Possible Future Scenarios,” was given at a luncheon meeting of the Channel City Club held at Fess Parker’s Doubletree Resort. close
