Michael Signer is a senior national security policy fellow at Third Way and a senior policy advisor at the Center for American Progress. Mr. Signer was John Edwards' foreign policy advisor for his 2008 presidential campaign. He also served as deputy counselor to former Virginia governor Mark Warner.
