Toby Harnden talked about Michael Martin, the Speaker of the British House of Commons who told members of Parliament that he would step down on June 21. Mr. Martin will become the first speaker to be forced out of office in 300 years. Mr. Harnden talked about what this means for the Labour Party, the process of resigning, and the implications of the resignation for Great Britain.
