He also talked about his exploratory committee for a campaign for the U.S. Senate seat from Connecticut currently held by Senator Chris Dodd. He announced a fundraiser in his hotel room after his presentation.
Peter Schiff is the author of Crash-Proof: How to Profit From the Coming Economic Collapse, and the second edition, Crash Proof 2.0: How to Profit From the Economic Collapse, both published by Wiley, as well as The Little Book of Bull Moves in Bear Markets: How to Keep Your Portfolio Up When the Market Is Down (Wiley; October 6, 2008).
