Congress appropriated $7.65 billion for agencies to use to respond to the H1N1 “Swine” flu. Witnesses testified about use of the funds by public health programs and provided an update on the distribution of the vaccine. They spoke about reasons for and impact of vaccine distribution delays, prospects for continuing shortages of doses, and vaccine production methods. close
