President Obama delivered opening remarks at a White House forum on jobs and economic growth. He called for specific policy ideas from those in attendance and warned that resources for new programs are limited. Vice President Joe Biden and Labor Secretary Hilda Solis also spoke.

Leading CEOs, small business owners, labor leaders, nonprofit heads and thinkers talked about ideas for continuing to grow the economy and put Americans back to work. Following the opening session, senior administration officials held discussions on job creation and expanding the economy.  close
