Daniel Erikson, Caribbean programs director for Inter-American Dialogue and author of the book Cuba Wars, talked about U.S.-Cuba relations. Last year, Cuba celebrated the 50th anniversary of the Cuban revolution and a month later, Fidel Castro resigned power to his brother, Raul. Mr. Erikson discussed current relations under the Obama Administration, as well as policy going forward. He also responded to telephone calls and electronic communications.  close
