President Obama delivered remarks at a town hall meeting at Lorain County Community College in Elyria, Ohio. He talked about steps Congress and his administration have taken and plan to take to improve the economy and pledged, “I will not stop fighting for you.” He also addressed the Massachusetts special election for former Senator Ted Kennedy’s seat. He said, “I know folks in Washington are in a bit of a frenzy this week trying to figure out what the election in Massachusetts the other day means for health insurance reform,” but he vowed he would not give up on reforming health care. Following his remarks he responded to questions from audience members. close
