Terence Samuel talked about his new book The Upper House: A Journey Behind the Closed Doors of the U.S. Senate. It looks at the institution of the Senate and some of its members.
Mr. Samuel was chief congressional correspondent for U.S. News & World Report from 2000 to 2005. Prior to that he worked as the New York Bureau Chief for the Philadelphia Inquirer. Today he writes for The American Prospect and The Root. close
