President Obama spoke to reporters following a Cabinet meeting. He said his administration is focusing on improving the claims process for those harmed by the Gulf of Mexico oil spill. He confirmed that some oil is being captured by the “top hat” over BP’s damaged well, but said the relief well being drilled will be the only thing that stops the oil all together.  close
