Deborah Gordon talked about her Washington Post op-ed titled “Big Oil Can’t Get Beyond Petroleum,” and she responded to telephone calls and electronic communications. She argues that it does not matter how much oil companies say they want to find more environmentally sensitive renewable sources for energy, their goal is to make as much money as possible by continuing to drill. Ms. Gordon is also the author of Two Billion Cars.
