Jim Warren spoke by phone about the career and legacy of former Illinois Representative Dan Rostenkowski, who died the previous day. Mr. Warren also talked about public expectations for public officials, the trial of former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich, and ethics charges against Representatives Charlie Rangel and Maxine Waters.
