Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano spoke to reporters about the $600 million border security bill signed by President Obama earlier in the day. Responding to a question about calls to alter the 14th amendment to prevent birthright citizenship for children of illegal immigrants, she said “Any talk of amending the Constitution is just wrong.”
