Johnson. Mr. Peters, who worked in the Kennedy and Johnson administrations from 1961-1968, presented a first-hand account of President Johnson’s legislative record, including his passage of the Voting Rights Act and his decisions on Vietnam. Charles Peter’s biography, Lyndon B.
