Harold Relyea, an expert on the organization of the federal government, gave a talk on “The History of the Federal Register Act.” The act was signed by President Franklin Roosevelt in 1935. The Federal Register is the official daily publication for all branches, agencies, and organizations of the federal government. Mr. Relyea responded to questions from members of the audience.
