Jennifer Gavin talked about the National Book Festival. The National Book Festival was co-founded by former first lady Laura Bush in 2001. It is organized and sponsored by the Library of Congress and was held between 3rd and 7th Streets on the National Mall. Over 70 authors, illustrators, and poets participated and gave talks in the History and Biography, Contemporary Life, Poetry and Prose, Fiction and Mystery, Teens, and Children’s Pavilions.

She was interviewed while at the 10th annual National Book Festival, held on the National Mall. The program opened with an overview of the day’s coverage.
