Former Governor Thomas Kean spoke about the investigation into the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the U.S. and the pace of implementing recommendations made by the 9/11 Commission. Among the issues he addressed were poor information sharing among federal agencies, congressional inaction, and the changing nature of the terrorist threat. He responded to questions from the audience.
