Cheryl Barnes talked about her children’s book Cappy Tail’s Capitol Tales. Cappy Tail is a squirrel who lives in the United States Capitol and gives a tour of the famous rooms, halls and chambers of the building. Cheryl Barnes, an illustrator, collaborated with her husband Peter Barnes, in a series of children’s books about Washington, D.C. She talked about how she came to write this book and her plans for revising the series.

She was interviewed at the 33rd Annual National Press Club Book Fair and Authors' Night, a fundraiser for the Eric Friedheim National Journalism Library and The SEED Foundation held Tuesday, November 9, 2010 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. close
