White House Counsel Robert Bauer spoke about the Obama administration’s judicial nominees and the confirmation process. He noted a number of stalling tactics that Senators had used to slow or stop the confirmation process. While he said that this tactic had been used by both Republicans and Democrats, judicial vacancies have reached a point where the federal justice system was suffering and justice was not being served.
