Robert McDowell spoke about Federal Communications Commission (FCC) policies and processes. He said the FCC’s recent decision on net neutrality was the wrong. Net neutrality requires Internet providers to allow content providers equal access to networks. Following the interview, Mr. McDowell answers questions from audience members.
