Members debated changes to the 2010 health care reform law affecting small businesses. The House passed changes to the new health care law, 314-112. The bill eliminates requirements that small businesses file a 1099 form with the IRS for any payments $600 or above to vendors. It also requires health care subsidies to individuals to be repaid if the person receives additional income that pushes them above the limit for receiving health care tax credits. close
