President Obama spoke to New York City firefighters at the “Pride of Midtown” Firehouse, which lost 15 men on September 11, 2001, more than any other New York Firehouse. He spoke about the killing of Osama bin Laden and vowed the U.S. will never forget the terrorist attacks. In addition, he praised courage of the firefighters. At the end of his remarks, President Obama viewed a bronze plaque that commemorates the 15 firefighters. close
