Rick Baker, former mayor of St. Petersburg, Florida, talked about his book The Seamless City: A Conservative Mayor’s Approach to Urban Revitalization That Can Work Anywhere (Regnery, 2011). The two-term mayor presented his thoughts on the revitalization of American cities.
