Cyber security officials from the Commerce, Defense, Justice, and Homeland Security Departments testified on the Obama administration’s global cyber security plan, in which the U.S. would work with other countries on intellectual property protections, the prevention of identity theft, and cooperation among foreign law enforcement agencies on cyber crime.
