Dr. Mark McClellan talked about Medicare Part D, the prescription drug aspect of the program, and he responded to telephone calls and electronic communications. Dr. McClellan discussed how the drug plans work, how seniors select plans, costs and funding, the “the doughnut hole,” and the impact of the 2010 health care law. He responded to telephone calls and electronic communications.
