Representative Doug Lamborn (R-CO) discussed his views on the defense budget and possible cuts that may result from the Joint Select Committee on Deficit Reduction, or any automatic defense cuts that would be triggered if the committee does not reach agreement. He responded to telephone calls and electronic communications. Other topics included tax policy and Social Security.
Representative Lamborn represents a district with one of the heaviest concentrations of military installations in the country, including NORAD and the U.S. Northern Command.
