Representative Marcy Kaptur (D-OH) talked about congressional passage of free trade agreements with Colombia, Panama and South Korea, and she responded to telephone calls, electronic communications, and questions from University of Tulsa students who participated from the C-SPAN Bus in Oklahoma. Representative Kaptur, who does not support the agreements, said that the agreements will benefit some businesses and shareholders but “won’t be good for America.” Other topics included President Obama’s support for the agreements and congressional redistricting in her state, which lost two House seats in the 2010 Census. close
