After welcoming remarks, former Governor Baliles gave the opening keynote address at the release of the transcripts of an oral history of the President George H.W. Bush administration. He spoke about the Bush Oral History Project, which had been recording for posterity the recollections and reflections of key figures in the Bush administration since 1999.
