Former Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson spoke about U.S.-China relations, outlining what he considerd the five most important elements to trade between the two countries. In his remarks he said China was not immune to the global economic crisis, and that its leaders should be cautious formulating economic policies. He also said that if China failed, “the whole world pays the price.” Mr. Paulson took questions from the audience after his speech. close
